Large Antique Copeland Late Spode Pitcher Jug

A most spectacular large, hand-coloured 19th century jug by Copeland (Late Spode), profusely decorated with flowers and birds. The perfect vessel for a huge bunch of flowers.

Incredibly good condition for a jug of this size and age. Some light all over crazing. Watertight. Some very faint restoration to the lip of the jug. A tiny nibble to the footing. 

Measures approx. 33cm high x 66cm around the belly of the jug
