When will my order arrive?

We aim to ship all orders within 3 working days of receipt but if you need something urgently, please contact us and we can arrange a quick dispatch and express postage.

Once your order leaves us, you will receive an email confirming dispatch. All orders are sent using Royal Mail ‘Signed For’ or an equivalent form of traceable postage. 

Do you ship worldwide?

We don’t currently offer worldwide shipping through the website but if there is a particular item you are interested in, please contact us and we will be happy to obtain a shipping quote. 

Do you offer returns?

We don’t offer returns or refunds unless an item is faulty. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us as soon as possible using our contact form or by emailing rebecca@savinggrandmasgarden.co.uk
